Why This Role?
* Be part of a globally recognised, design-led development that’s reshaping London’s skyline.
* Influence strategic decision-making at the highest level.
* Handle complex, high-value real estate deals, including joint ventures, development agreements, and estate structuring.
* Lead relationships with top-tier external counsel while mentoring junior legal talent.
* Join a progressive, collaborative team committed to innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, negotiate and manage a range of property documents: leases, joint ventures, easements, sale and purchase agreements, and more.
* Lead or support complex transactions involving development finance, forward purchase deals, and planning agreements.
* Advise internal teams on estate management, leasing, marketing, events, and commercial contracts.

* Supervise, coach, and support a direct report (Real Estate Lawyer).
* Act as a key liaison with external counsel and manage the legal budget effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years PQE in real estate law.
* A strong background in mixed-use development – from acquisitions to structuring and disposal.
* Proven experience advising developers, landowners, purchasers, and funders.
* Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and outstanding communication skills.
* Prior in-house or general counsel experience is desirable, but not essential.
* Confident managing people, projects, and legal spend.
