About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team in a primary school in Luton. This fixed-term role focuses on planning and preparation, working closely with the Reception team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality EYFS experience
Support the academic and personal development of Reception pupils
Contribute to the school's framework to enhance early learning progress
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for curriculum planning and ensuring high standards of early education
Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and provide two years of references
