To ensure that all pre-registration non-medical healthcare students experience a high quality practice/learning environment through the Trust. 1 x 30 hour Post available. Main duties of the job In collaboration with the professional development leads the post holder will facilitate the training and support of pre-registration students while on placement within the Trust The post holder will contribute to the provision and support of Assessors and Supervisors and participate in the quality assurance processes both autonomously and as part of a team working in partnership across the HEIs. The post holder will develop and facilitate educational opportunities for pre-registration students in line with the HEI curriculum. In conjunction with the Professional Development Lead and Professional Development Nurse for Post-Registration the post holder will facilitate and support the transition programme for the students approaching graduation.
