Service Team Manager – Prestige Brand!!
Our client operates a large prestige dealership and due to an internal promotion are looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Team Manager to run a small team within the service department on a daily basis, reporting in to the Aftersales Manager.
The role will suit the following:
Senior Service Advisor
Assistant Service Manager
Service Manager
Team Manager
Reception Manager
Workshop Controller
The Role:
• Managing, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
• Controlling cost management for the department
• Compiling and maintaining a resource plan for the workshop and load optimisation.
• Together with the Aftersales Manager, monitoring performance against agreed targets.
• Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
• Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring correct completion of Vehicle Health Checks, upsell conversions and follow up of unsold, deferred work process.
• Guaranteeing cleanliness and orderliness of workshop and ensuring quality control of all completed tasks.
About You:
• An experienced and established Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager / Workshop Controller who is successful in their current position
• You will need to be a ‘leader’ of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
• Can demonstrate a stable career path
• Ideally you will have prestige background
