Complaints Investigation Officer required for our established client. Yearly salary will be £27,000, working 37 hours a week. This is a temporary position until the end of March 2025. 2 days a week spent in the Southend office, and 3 days working from home. Duties: Collate and analyse data from multiple sources to produce a events timeline Monitor and progress complaints and enquiries to ensure promises are kept Log complaints Maintain communication with residents to keep them updated Investigate complaints; involving staff, managers and directors where appropriate Respond to complaints in line, and to set timescales in accordance with company procedures and the Housing Ombudsman Send customers well written, comprehensive responses to their complaintsBenefits: £27,000 per annum PensionExperience required: Previous experience collating and analysing complaints and investigation from various sources (2 years minimum) Strong Excel skills Housing experience is highly desirable Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
