About the Role: Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing supplier payments, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: Processing a high volume of purchase invoices efficiently and accurately. Managing supplier payments and reconciling statements. Maintaining a dedicated ledger and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Posting daily bank transactions. Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner. Assisting with general finance and administrative tasks as required. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or high-volume invoice processing. Strong Excel skills with the ability to handle financial data accurately. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
