About the Role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Designer to lead our in-house design function. You will be responsible for managing a team of two designers and overseeing all aspects of the company's visual communication, including: Web Development: Maintaining and updating the company website (www.firem.com), ensuring it remains modern, user-friendly, and effectively showcases our property portfolio. Graphic Design: Creating visually compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media content. Video Content: Producing high-quality video content for marketing and communication purposes, including property tours, company profiles, and tenant testimonials. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of two designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional development. Develop and implement a creative strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity. Oversee all design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales) to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Manage the design budget and resources effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Studio Manager or in a similar leadership role within a design team. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills across web development, graphic design, and video production. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
