About Our Client
My client, based in Sheffield, is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk initially on a 3-month basis, with the potential to go long-term. The company is a fast-growing business, that is recruiting due to success. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you would be required to deal with a high volume of invoices and VAT returns.
Job Description
You may be required but will not be limited to:
3. Process invoices
4. Deal with VAT
5. Set up new suppliers
6. Check bank-statements
7. Identify and resolve invoice queries
The Successful Applicant
8. Be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period.
9. Have experience with dealing with VAT returns and processing invoices.
10. Be able to get to Sheffield, on-site 5 days a week.
11. Be able to work well within a team.
12. Ideally have experience with Sage, however this is not essential.
