If you have 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in channel or partner marketing or project management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution, this role could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Project Management & Delivery:
* Interpret client briefs and develop resource plans.
* Oversee project setup, ensuring the right Associates are matched to roles.
* Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets using Asana.
* Maintain high standards for project execution, ensuring deliverables stay on track and aligned with objectives.
* Track and report on project performance, providing key insights to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project execution.
* Lead final quality control checks before project completion.
* Associate Community Engagement & Growth:
* Collaborate with the sales team to prepare for upcoming projects.
* Work with marketing to drive recruitment campaigns for new Associates.
* Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for our Associate community.
* Act as a brand ambassador on social media and within industry networks.
Who We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in partner/channel marketing.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and communication skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, even on short notice.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM.
* Passion for client satisfaction and success.
