The Role As Front of House Coordinator and Junior PA, you will be the welcoming face of the organisation, providing exceptional first impressions to visitors while delivering crucial administrative support to the executive team. This varied role requires excellent organisational abilities, professional communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management. This varied and busy role will entail: Managing in and out post and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution across the organisation Answering telephone calls from the main switchboard with a professional and friendly manner Reception duties including welcoming visitors, maintaining a tidy reception area, and ordering stationery Ensuring the meeting rooms booking system is running efficiently and rooms are prepared for meetings Scanning, photocopying, shredding and general office duties as required Managing several general inboxes, responding to queries or forwarding to appropriate team members Providing diary support to the wider Executive team and covering for the Executive Assistant as required Updating office charts and spreadsheets with accurate and current information Reconciling executive expenses in a timely and accurate manner Coordinating new starter induction plans, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Applicants will have previous experience in a Front of House role with some exposure to Office Administration.
