As a Branch Manager, you are an excellent people manager committed to exceeding customer needs while achieving the branch financial and operational targets. You are passionate about inspiring and developing your team of talented Technicians, Service professionals, and Parts Specialists.
You will champion health and safety within your branch, take pride in developing your team, and ensure profitability via customer satisfaction.
It is essential that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing the branch, and building excellent working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers. Having a keen eye for detail, the ability to interpret the story behind the data, and implement positive change is an essential part of your role.
Experience within the automotive sector will be an advantage but is not essential.
