A large number of law firms have transferred their will writing service into this company. Role Overview: They are now building a team of proactive and enthusiastic Sales Advisors. This role is central to ensuring that their clients receive the highest standard of service, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment. As a Sales Advisor you will make outbound calls to existing clients, clients they have took on from other legal firms and customers they have previously spoken to discuss their current situation and whether anything has changed which could mean they need advice asisstance on supporting their wills, probate and estate. You will also be taking inbound calls calls and identifying what services and products are best suited to the client As a sales advisor you must ensure that you are building long lasting relationships and delivering great customer service You must identify these opportunities and then book in legal advisors to go out and support with the assistance the client needs As a sales advisor you must update the CRM system with information taking from calls and contacts that have been made with potential customers Qualities needed for this role Sales: As a sales advisor you must have some experience in selling or upselling items via the phone Effective Communication skills: able to build rapport and relationships with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both over the phone and in person. Customer-Centric attitude: You should have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction. Attention to Detail: a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
