Our client provides Hard Services FM, Fit Out and small works construction services for public sector clients across the UK. The business operates across a wide variety of buildings which include schools, universities, police stations, public buildings and military bases amongst others.
The General Manager is looking to make an interim appointment to help manage day to day operations whilst he reduces his role in the business for approximately 3 months. This will include dealing with clients and problem solving, resource and schedule management, invoicing, health and safety checks, attending site meetings and ensuing smooth delivery of all services across multiple sites.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced construction and/or hard services professionals who can demonstrate high levels of communication, strong leadership, a friendly client facing service and the basic commercial awareness in relation to running a business. The position will require a focused and organised operator who is comfortable to be involved in all aspects of the business, understanding the importance of team work and the clear benefits of working in a collaborative manor.
