For Gateway projects, the Implementation Executive will oversee the process of implementing our platform, ensuring that we deliver what we say will, when we will. You'll be learning from a team of experienced consultants to become a subject matter expert. You'll be dealing with a portfolio of 10 clients at a time, delivering on agreed upon timeframes, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as ongoing support our clients may need around renewals. Responsibilities Take ownership of portfolio of online customers, predominately our Tech Only Customers Lead the Project Team throughout the duration of the implementation of Gateway, ensuring project milestones are met and where this is not feasible communicated to the wider project team Manage existing business upsells to the Benifex Gateway Platform Be a Subject Matter Expect for new platform Own the Renewal Project Cycle Ongoing maintenance of supporting materials such as Scheme Design Documents and Online Management Tool Maintaining Marketplace Benefits templates to ensure rates and marketing collateral on tiles are up to date across all customers Implementing a robust handover process for each customer into the SME and Desk Based Consultancy (DBC) teams and overseeing the process. We will triage each new client for the first month and in month two work with the team member in SME to handover the customer for them to administer moving forward First line support for any queries that Customer Service/Tech Support could not answer To monitor, report on and administer the customer helpdesk requests to ensure that customer service levels are being met. Customer helpdesk requests will come through Freshdesk so an understanding of Freshdesk would be advantageous but a knowledge of a CRM system would be useful. What are we looking for?
