Job summary The Customer Service Advisor role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception area, supporting show rounds, managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required. Main duties of the job As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard in the reception area, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as needed.
