Job Title: Account Manager – Technical AV Solutions for Exhibitions
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager who thrives in the fast-paced exhibition and event sector, combining technical knowledge of audiovisual solutions with an understanding of exhibition stand design and build. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stand designers and creative agencies while delivering cutting-edge AV solutions that make exhibitions stand out. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, initially focusing on smaller events, with the opportunity to expand to larger projects.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event goals, offering creative expertise to develop customized AV solutions.
* Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, working cross-functionally to maximize client satisfaction.
* Attend industry events and functions to nurture existing relationships and expand your professional network.
* Work with the team to ensure the flawless delivery of AV solutions that enhance the client experience and align with their brand message.
What We’re Looking For:
If you’re a proactive self-starter with strong presentation and negotiation skills and a passion for live events, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates will have:
* 2+ years’ experience in account management within the exhibition or event sector, preferably with an AV or technical production company.
* A proven track record in relationship building and network development.
* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint/KeyNote.
* The ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday (weekend availability may be required occasionally)

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in live events technical account management
* Proficiency in English (required)
* Valid UK Driving Licence (preferred)
