Resourcing Coordinator
Do you already have some experience working in recruitment or HR admin? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to fast-paced, volume recruitment and in-house resourcing experience, working as part of our village Resourcing Hub.
At each Center Parcs village, we have around 1500 employees working in a diverse range of roles from Housekeeping and Hospitality, through to Technical Services and Security. We work together seamlessly to deliver the unique Center Parcs experience to our guests and for this reason, volume recruitment brings with it the added challenge of making sure every person we recruit is the right fit for our family.
RESOURCING COORDINATOR | Circa €28,200 per annum
Working as part of the village Resourcing team you will help to deliver a centrally led resourcing strategy ensuring the village is adequately resourced to deliver effectively and meet our goals.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for carrying out right to work checks, reference checks and any other admin tasks in line with company standards
2. Liaise with the Head Office Resourcing team to discuss open vacancies and assist with telephone screening candidates when required
3. Responsible for ordering and distributing workwear on the village, ensuring both new and existing colleagues have the correct workwear to do their job
4. Ensure all recruitment KPI’s, SLA’s and deadlines are adhered to
5. Develop a good understanding of the various roles on the village
6. Support with arranging company inductions and pre-boarding communication with new starters
7. Support with interviews, recruitment events and open days as required
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). This role is based on site and your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. However, flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate candidate availability may be required.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10. Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages
11. Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and SLA’s
12. Previous experience working within an HR / Recruitment team
13. Confidentiality and integrity
14. Able to multitask and work at pace
15. A team player with a passion for delivering results
Desirable requirements:
16. Previous administrative experience
17. Previous contact centre / customer service experience
18. Previous experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
