Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Manager / EA for our growing Guildford office. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, providing executive assistance.
Responsibilities:
· Operations: Manage office, office policies and procedures, electronic filing, office supplies, equipment, and service providers.
· Admin: Organise schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage invoices and contracts.
· Client Service: Assist with new and existing client enquires.
· Financial Admin: Manage office budgets and expenses, including bookkeeping, invoice tracking and monthly reconciliation.
· HR: Handle new starter admin, recruitment support, holiday planning, pensions, training and events.
· Support: Assisting in preparation and printing of presentations & proposals. Supporting other functions and team members as needed.
Requirements:
· Min. 5 years of experience in Office Management capacity, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
· Team player with a positive, proactive attitude, who takes initiative and can work autonomously with limited supervision.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
· Ability to work calmly and efficiently while handling multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Lives within commuting distance of Guildford, Surrey UK.
This is a full-time position, generally 9-5, with flexible working hours considered. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days in our office in Guildford, Surrey.
