Spanning 26,000 square feet of opulence at 46 Berkeley Square, Annabel’s is home to five extraordinary restaurants and bars, elegant private dining rooms, and an exclusive cigar salon. Our world-class team of Chefs, Sommeliers, and Mixologists deliver unparalleled dining and drinking experiences, where each ingredient and interaction is meticulously curated to surprise and delight. Your Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the Club, leading by example and setting the standard for exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Senior Management Team to ensure smooth, profitable, and harmonious service operations Overseeing daily floor management and ensuring seamless coordination between Front of House, Bar, and Kitchen teams Delivering a warm, elegant, and personalised experience for Members and their guests at all times Nurturing and developing your team through on-the-floor coaching and structured training Resolving any Member concerns swiftly, discreetly, and with the utmost professionalism Playing a proactive role in shaping service strategy and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the member experience What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a polished and poised professional who understands the rhythm of luxury hospitality.
