Area Sales Manager – North of England (M62 Corridor) Salary: £45,000 Company car Bonus This role involves managing and growing customer accounts along the M62 Corridor and surrounding areas. You'll work for an established, growing company in the architectural and building materials industry, focusing on providing excellent service and technical solutions to clients. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting customer needs while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance What You’ll Do: Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Identify additional sales opportunities within these accounts New Business Development: Expand the customer base in the local area and beyond Sales Solutions: Work with customers to deliver tailored solutions using our product range Estimating: Create detailed quotes from technical drawings and project specifications Reporting: Track performance, analyse lost opportunities, and share insights for improvement Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service and communication What We’re Looking For: Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with glass products, facades, balustrades, or similar. Understanding of regulations, safety, and quality standards Mindset: Driven, deadline-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions Experience: At least 3 years in sales, account management, or estimating, ideally in the architectural, construction, or building products industries
