The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity in menu offerings, and strong leadership skills to drive the deli’s success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the deli, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both dine-in and takeaway customers. Maintain high-quality standards for all food and beverages, including fresh pastries, sandwiches, and hot drinks. Lead, train, and motivate a team, fostering a positive and customer-focused environment. Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control to ensure availability of fresh ingredients. Monitor food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Create and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and build brand loyalty. Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth coordination where necessary. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. About You: Previous experience in a similar role within a deli, café, bakery, or food retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Passion for fresh food, excellent coffee, and customer service. Knowledge of stock management, cost control, and supplier negotiations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
