If so, join Spring Wood Lodge as a Compliance Co-Ordinator / PA to Hospital Director, working continuously to improve the Compliance of Spring Wood Lodge in line with CQC Regulations, NHSE Expectations and other external regulatory bodies.
What you will be doing
As a Compliance Lead and Personal Assistant, you will coordinate reports for submission to various external and internal bodies, overseeing monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables and leads.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will provide administrative support across a range of areas including the development and review of tasks and actions required by the hospital and external bodies, having oversight of the Site Improvement plan, including adding and tracking actions, and proactively liaising with staff to ensure that tasks and actions are completed.
You will work collaboratively with the Regional Quality Improvement Leads ensuring that audits are carried out as required.
You will line manage the full administration team, which consists of HR, Finance, MHAA, Medical secretaries, ward clerks, and reception.
As part of this role, you will also provide PA support to the Hospital Director, including diary management and other various administrative tasks.

As a Compliance Lead and PA you will be:
* Reviewing contractual requirements and where necessary populating information required for KPI and CQUIN reporting, utilizing the Contracts Team to fully achieve the contractual requirements.
* Working autonomously to follow up actions and complete projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory requests and regulatory bodies.
* Overseeing the quality dashboards for the hospital, ensuring that the dashboards are up to date and assessments are reviewed and updated as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Administrative and secretarial skills
* The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
* 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
* An understanding of medical terminology
* Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
* Previous line management experience is desirable.
