Halcyon are working closely with a family owned organisation based across the West Midlands, that have been providing specialist residential care to children with varying emotional and behavioural needs for over 10 years. Having initially started their journey helping children through foster care in the earlier 2000's, they wanted to be able to help more than one or two children at a time, which saw them transition into children's residential services in 2010. With the first residential service being a huge success, they were able to use this therapeutic model in their plans of building for the future fast-forward 12 years, and they now have numerous services throughout the West Midlands, all providing bespoke care to children who really need it the most, helping them to truly make progress and prepare them for the best future possible. As a Registered Manager working with this family-oriented care provider, It will be your responsibility to ensure that the best therapeutic care is being delivered to the children in your home at all times. As the registered manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the ethos of the organisation and are expected to show leadership, support and direction to the staff team, offering them the ability to grow and learn best practises through your examples. The highly experienced senior management team can offer fantastic training and coaching courses to get you on the right direction and path to becoming a Registered Manager. In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered an annual salary of between £50,000 and £65,000 depending on your experience.
