Job Description
The Employment Director will deal with a range of responsibilities including
* Working on non contentious and contentious Employment matters.
* Advising clients across sectors such as sport, retail, education and technology.
* Mentoring and managing junior team members.
* Taking the lead on a range of work including claims, senior exits and industrial actions.
* Actively getting involved in business development and marketing.
* Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in employment law.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Legal Director should have:
* A track record in Employment law gained from a large law firm
* Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
