Class Teacher - Sleaford
Role: Full-time Teacher
Time: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Salary: £140-200 per day (depending on experience)
A teacher is needed in Sleaford to cover maternity absence for the next academic year. This school is highly respected in the community, retaining their Ofsted "Good" status. The role is delivering and planning high-quality lessons to KS1 pupils, manageing behaviour, and monitoring progress throughout the academic year. The role is full-time, 5-days a week, from September 2024 to July 2025. ECT's are welcomed!

Job Duties:
As a KS1 Teacher, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering high quality lessons following a prepared plan.
2. Ensuring all pupils are following and understanding the content delivered.
3. Managing behaviours and making sure pupils are engaged in lessons.
Required Qualifications:
4. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Education:
5. A relevant degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
6. Proven experience working with Key Stage 1 (KS1).
7. SEN support
Knowledge and Skills:
8. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
11. Driving licence is preferred due to locations, but not essential.
