What You'll Be Doing: Handling internal and external parts enquiries, from initial enquiry to final delivery with customers, always striving to offer world class customer service. Source and order parts from existing and new suppliers, purchasing best quality / value parts. Manage stock levels in the stores, monitoring part sales and adjusting stock levels as required. Proactively identify parts that may be required and manage the stores to ensure we can supply these parts at short notice. Using WTS IT systems to order parts and manage stock levels in a timely manner. Ensure good housekeeping in the stores. Ensuring parts are put in the correct locations and the area is constantly kept tidy. Ensure maximum levels of health and safety compliance. Here's what we're looking for: Existing knowledge of tanker or HGV parts, and be willing to quickly learn the full range of tanker products to ensure all part requirements can be quickly dealt with High level of enthusiasm Good customer service and communication skills Be committed to our site Health and Safety policies and adhere to these at all times Good administration skills and timely completion of paperwork Basic ability to use computers and IT applications Good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workloads.
