One of our valued clients is looking for a Temporary Administrator/HR Assistant to join them on a short term basis with an immediate start.
The role is to perform a variety of filing, organisational and administrative duties to support the business in its transformation from paper filing to digital. Main duties include but are not limited to:
1. Organise and group paper documents for scanning.
2. Scan and send documents to appropriate locations.
3. Be vigilant due to the confidential nature of the documents.
Previous experience in an administration or HR assistant role is desired. Excellent organisational skills are a must. The candidate must also possess a basic disclosure.
Monday - Thursday - 8:30am - 5pm
Friday - 8:30am - 4/4:30pm
Based on-site in Inverness
Salary - £15.35 per hour
