Customer Delivery Manager required for exciting fast growing FIntech based in Cambridge Customer Delivery Manager Our fast-growing fintech client offers a range of payments services and are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Delivery Manager who is keen to grow a career in the Fintech industry. You will report to the Head of Card Operations, ensuring all day to day tasks are co-ordinated so that projects are delivered to agreed timescales and live dates Day to day you will : - Manage managing plans effectively, producing status dashboards and running project meetings - Liaise with external stakeholders ( including clients and card schemes) - Lead on project delivery initiatives with internal teams working closely with compliance, scheme, finance and integration teams - Manage all stakeholders of all levels of seniority, co-ordinating & motivating them to complete actions and ensuring timely delivery against plans WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Essential: - A go – getting attitude with the ability to “get stuff done” - Be decisive, autonomous and work well under pressure - Be able to resolve conflicts and problem solve - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking - Good IT skills NICE TO HAVE: - Experience of using SmartSheets or another PM tool - Fintech/Payments experience
