Make a Difference in Student Support We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Student Information team at our London, Bloomsbury Campus. As a Student Information Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing guidance on a range of non-academic queries. You’ll help create a positive and supportive university experience, assisting students in areas such as assessments, timetabling, print services, and campus events. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams, including Student Immigration Compliance & Advice, Welfare, Employability, and Study Skills, to ensure students receive the right support when they need it. As our Student Information Officer, you will: Provide face-to-face, phone, email, and live chat support to students, ensuring professional and timely responses. Signpost students to relevant services, helping them access specialist advice on welfare, disability support, and academic guidance. Assist with international student compliance, including visa documentation verification. Support induction and enrolment activities, including welcome events. Contribute to the development of student resources like the My ULaw app/AskULaw portal. Help coordinate campus events and collaborate with the Students’ Union to support student-led activities. Is this you?: Experience in customer service and handling confidential information. Strong administration and IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. A professional, friendly, and student-focused approach.
