Responsibilities include:
* To provide full commercial support to the business including soft FM (such as cost management and billing).
* Reviewing subcontractor valuations.
* Valuing/measuring works.
* Data analysis.
* General contract administration.
* Managing variations and quotations.
* Supporting cost analysis & budget monitoring.
* Working with Supervisors, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors & subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered in budget.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular financial reports.
* Line management responsibilities for the commercial administrator.
What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience gained within a repairs and maintenance environment (for a contractor, client or both) is essential.
* Experience of working in Soft FM would be preferred.
* IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
* Knowledge of MRI advantageous but not essential
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Customer focussed with the ability to use initiative to solve routine issues.
* A collaborative approach, pro-active approach with the confidence and ability to communicate with key clients and customers.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience or internships in a similar role are a plus!
Working arrangements
* Full-time, permanent
* Office based, with some flexibility available (a minimum of 3 days in office)
* Salary £35, per annum
