You will be exposed to some of the most high-quality work in the industry and a demanding caseload. Some of your main responsibilities will include: Keeping the organisation website updated with the relevant employment law, so clients have access to it whenever they may need it. Ensure the Employment team's records, accounts and data management are consistently monitored. Monitor the tools given to customers and conduct training for colleagues on how the advice and manner of client service is delivered. Developing and updating best practice manuals and knowledge assets to assist the team in providing top-tier legal counsel. Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of the team. Contributing ideas to the Product & Innovation and Business Change teams, such as how emerging technologies can be utilised and how processes may require adjustment. Drafting and refining guidance documents, templates and checklists, while offering practical advice to employment lawyers. Participating in external meetings and events as necessary and focusing on continuous professional growth.
