Role Summary
The Fund Administrator will be responsible for the daily processing of investor applications and cash subscriptions, the CRM updates to Investran and the provision of reports, welcome letters and portal activations communications to both clients and investors. The role requires a keen attention to detail because the accuracy and timeliness of internal and client deliverables are considered a critical aspect of the position.
The role has the following areas of responsibility:
1. Complete the set up new investors on Investran and record CRM data relating to the investors, their advisers and other contacts.
2. Complete reviews of data held on Investran to ensure that the appropriate records are maintained.
3. Action discrepancies in CRM Data as detailed on daily Data Verification report.
4. Reconcile the cash subscriptions reported on the Daily Update to Investran on a weekly basis.
5. Timely address with client all subscription held with a Pending status.
6. Ensure that all client and investor communications are issued on a timely basis.
7. Support the preparation and issuance of client reports, consistent with the client’s SLA, through accurate and timely updates to Investran.
8. Address email queries that have been assigned within 24 hours.
9. Seek to improve company policies and procedures to maximise efficiency and create a best practice and controlled environment.
10. Support the team with respect to the take on of new clients and ad-hoc projects.
