Job Summary
Please note - you must submit a cover letter to be considered for this role.
This role is varied and will involve full training on QA systems, processes, and UK/European legislation. You will assist the QA Lead in managing and ensuring Asmodee UK Import Compliant products.
What does this role Involve
1. Working directly with suppliers and retailers to satisfy test certification requirements
2. Working with National Sales regarding retailer specific requirements
3. Working with Amazon Sales team regarding Amazon specific requirements
4. Managing and updating the retailer’s product master tracker spreadsheet
5. Saving and storing Manufacturer’s compliance documents
6. Ensuring that suppliers have ethical audits (ICTI or SMETA or equivalent) and Quality Audits (ISO9001) in place before buying their products
7. Ensuring all suppliers' artwork/packaging and instruction sheets are correct and contain the correct legal information
8. Carrying out ad hoc Packaging Waste admin tasks alongside other departments
9. Carrying out product reviews of stock in our warehouse

• Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data
• Flexibility to travel to relevant training and customer/supplier meetings
Desirable
• Experience in Quality Assurance would be good to have but not essential as full training on the Toy Safety regulations will be given
• A self-starter with a determined approach to finding positive solutions to problems
• Previous experience in the toy and game industry (D)
• Interest in gaming (D)
