SF Recruitment are currently working with an exciting, highly reputable and well-established technology business based in the heart of Leamington. We are recruiting a Payroll and Contracts Assistant to work on a part-time basis for a 12-month contract which is likely to extend.
A good understanding of all Payroll processes is necessary, and your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Uploading all employee payroll data
2. Processing starters and leavers
3. Salary amendments
4. Inbox management and query resolution
5. Providing a link between the external provider of contractors and being the main point of contact for any queries in relation to the hiring of external contractors
6. Obtaining approvals for all new external contractors
7. Liaising with the external provider to onboard new external contractors
8. Assisting with completion and approval of timesheets
9. Responding to external contractor queries
10. Checking and approving external provider invoices
11. Analysing and reviewing invoices
12. Completing ad-hoc tasks as required by the Payroll Manager and Finance Manager
