To support the management and completion of the Division’s Sales through activity such as the identification of market and customer needs, preparing solution and commercial approaches to match the needs of our customers, support the preparation of sales material, demonstrating software and educating the sales team to become self-sufficient, and supporting the sales team in the completion of functional tenders.
Responsibilities
* To demonstrate and highlight the Division's solutions and show them in their best light to customers and prospects.
* Understand the market and our suite of software and identify innovative and commercially viable approaches to match customer needs to our solutions.
* Look for opportunities and identify ways that we can offer solutions to customers using existing or potential solutions.
* Support sales of existing and innovative solutions to our customer base.
* Offer management and support of sales activity/personnel as required.
* Articulate the business benefits to prospects and customers that our solutions offer.
* Assist in the completion of tender and associated customer proposals to maximize our success.
* Ensure demonstration environments are up to date and available for demonstration for any relevant sales activity.
* Support demonstration of the software and showcase joined-up user stories.
* Follow the principles of the Company Sales Excellence for Demonstrators, Writers and Presenters program.
* Gain the business knowledge and software knowledge to demonstrate across the division’s software relevant to the BlueLight and commercial division.
* Attend and support the Sales Team at demonstrations both on-site and virtually, and at conferences.
