A leading UK Facilities Management (FM) provider is looking to develop their technical resource aligned against their client's train station portfolio across the North of England.
The client operates in rail and has an extensive network of train stations, which the employer maintains across M&E plus Fabric works done by a team of engineers and supervisors.
As the manager, you will line manage the two supervisors while ensuring regional technical compliance and monitoring of Lifecycle Assets, being the main point of contact for the client on all engineering matters.
This is a fantastic role for a confident Technical Lead to join a world-class employer on a 6-month FTC basis working across a settled and busy contract.
Actions will include:
1. Leadership of the technical function on the contract including client engagement and management of internal suppliers (Technical Services). Direct line management of contract Static Engineers.
2. Liaison with Client/Customer Senior Management and Technical functions as necessary.
3. Monitor and manage the quality of planned and reactive maintenance in TriMax and TriRega (CAFM system) to ensure accurate reporting and management.
4. Transparent escalation and prompt intervention to remedy issues, challenges, and disputes as required.
We need from you:
1. M&E qualifications plus clear leadership experience.
Additional details:
* 6-month FTC to cover long-term sickness.
* Some scope of going permanent.
* Hybrid role - home-based with travel across North of England, from Manchester to Hull.
* Up to £55k plus car or £5680 allowance.
