Has an eye for detail. Your core duties will be: Ensure front line enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and visitors are dealt with promptly. Managing and organising events within the school calendar. Deal with all admissions and appeals applications. Liaise with supply and recruitment agencies in engaging appropriately qualified supply staff to cover absences and temporary vacancies. Ensure that all administrative duties, checks and documentation are completed to the required level of accuracy. Use the school MIS, Microsoft and other software products on a regular basis to obtain information and provide reports as required.
