We’re now looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced Temp Finance team, placing interim and contract finance professionals across the tech and media markets. The Role You’ll be joining our successful Temp Finance division, working closely with a supportive team to place finance professionals into interim and contract roles across the tech, media, and consumer markets. Key Responsibilities: Work a busy temp desk across a broad mix of clients – from scale-ups to large corporates. Build relationships with existing clients while developing new business through networking and outbound outreach. Manage the end to end recruitment process with pace and professionalism. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database. Maintain consistent activity and deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates. What We’re Looking For: Experience in recruitment, ideally within a temp or interim market (but we’re open on sector) and will consider permanent recruiters who wish to transition to temp. A confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and can build strong relationships. Someone comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with good organisation and prioritisation skills. A team player who brings energy, drive and a collaborative mindset. Finance recruitment experience is a bonus – but not a must. We’ll give you the tools and support to succeed. Why Now?
