HR Administrator - Ashford, Kent (This role is office based but there is flexibility to work from home on occasions) Salary: £23,338 - £24,646 & 28 days annual leave. DUTIES WITHIN THIS ROLE Dealing with HR related queries Responsible for the recruitment & Selection process Responsible for the processing of leavers Ad hoc support with low complexity ER cases when needed Ensure all relevant HR systems are up to date, accurate and complies with legislation General office administration and assisting with the day-to-day HR functions and duties and ad hoc reception cover ABOUT YOU Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment role/department Knowledge of HR functions CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail Strong communication skills WHAT WE CAN GIVE YOU The benefits you receive will increase over time in recognition of your commitment and dedication and include: 28 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of Bank Holidays) – increasing to 30 days after 3 years of service.
