Reporting to Customer Engagement Lead and E-Commerce Lead.\n\nWe are an ever-expanding home and garden business operating via mail order only.\n\nWe are looking for someone to take on the role of eCommerce business and customer service associate. This is a brand new role that will allow you to learn all the necessary skills within the Customer Service and Marketing teams within our office and will be fully upskilled across the teams. \n\nApplicant must be a hardworking and actively focused individual willing to work collaboratively with our small team on pushing the business forward.\n\nThe main aspect of this role will be working on expanding and enhancing our existing ecommerce sales channels and customer care involved on these channels.\n\nA good grasp of English and knowledge of writing short, descriptive, and engaging text is also preferred. The successful applicant will begin in our Customer Service department, and once fully trained and confident will move on to learn all tasks involved in our listing department. \n\nPhotoshop experience is preferred as digital photo manipulation will be part of the role. We are looking for someone with a good eye for design and a keen interest in ensuring our store maximizes sales and is pleasing on the eye for our customers. \n\nThe applicant must have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a dedicated worker who is able to multi-task and adapt to changes within the business. As part of a varied and comprehensive role, the successful candidate will be undertaking a variety of duties including:\n\nâ¢\tPerforms clerical duties, including, but not limited to, answering calls, replying to customer queries across a variety of platforms, interacting with clients, visitors, and \n vendors\nâ¢\tPhotocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents\nâ¢\tAnswers customer questions and confirms customer orders\nâ¢\tProcessing of returns received into our warehouse\nâ¢\tProblem solving issues surrounding faulty stock for customers\nâ¢\tCreate listings of items on multiple marketplace channels\n\nThe successful candidate will be working towards achieving their SCQF 6 in Digital Marketing.
