We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our small collaborative team. Your main remit would be to deliver exceptional service and results for our landlord clients by ensuring our available register of high-quality properties are let quickly and on terms to suit.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic team and contribute to exciting growth plans.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Register applicants and understand their search requirements
* Book viewings, both from direct enquiries and database call-outs
* Carry out viewings
* Manage landlord feedback
* Generate offers and agree lets
* Pre-tenancy compliance and administration
Qualifications:
* Natural rapport-building skills, with an interest in people
* A flair for communication, with strong verbal and written skills and a professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to overcome objections and to create solutions
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A resilient and commercial attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for new business
* Willingness to assist with other office activities as and when necessary
* Experience is preferable but not strictly necessary
