Role Overview:
If you love talking to customers and helping them while going deep into APIs, databases, crash reports, and much more, then this role is made for you.
You'll be immersed in our advanced software, learning its intricate business logic and design. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service agents who have an interest in tech, recent tech graduates, self-taught developers, computer science graduates, and hobbyists eager to apply their skills and expand their knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email.
* Investigate and document issues using internal tools (API logs, app databases, crash reports as well as customer feedback)
* Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the technical team.
* Conduct online demonstrations and training for new and existing customers.
* Rapidly adapt to new technologies and deepen your understanding of our software.
* Contribute to ongoing projects that expand your knowledge and skills.

Role Details:
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
Office Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
