We are a small but fast-growing Physiotherapy Clinic based in New Milton, Hampshire, and Highcliffe, Dorset that is committed to making meaningful impacts on every patient’s life. The main purpose of the role: Is to provide world-class customer service to every current and prospective patient and help implement the Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance approach to every patient and contribute to making meaningful impacts on their lives.
Main duties include:
* Communicate with potential and current patients on the phone in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about choosing a physiotherapy and healthcare provider for their individual needs.
* Ensure when present in the clinic, that patients are welcomed in a friendly manner that puts them at ease from the moment they enter the premises.
* Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic.
* Communicate the value of our service with our patients during conversations.
* Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physiotherapy (and remain committed to the treatment plan).
* Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently for other services and tell their friends and family about us as well.
* Ensure that the waiting area and surrounding areas are tidy and welcoming at all times when present in the clinic.
* Offering and making refreshment beverages for patients upon arrival when in the clinic.
* Ensuring we are continually striving to develop and convert new leads to the clinic.
* Supporting the therapy team with their admin tasks on a daily basis as appropriate.
* Making outbound phone calls to existing patients and potential new patients.
* Taking payments for patient appointments and rebooking patients into the diary.
* Ensure patients are given the best chance of achieving their dream outcome by following up patients that have not rebooked, canceled, or not shown to appointments.
* Contributing to the clinic's marketing strategy and helping to increase our social media presence and online visibility.
* Supporting the clinic owner with general business-related admin tasks.
* Cleaning the clinic regularly.

Hours: 28 Hours Per Week over 4 days
8.45-5PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 8.45-2PM Friday subject to confirmation.
There is the potential for this role to have an increase in the number of hours available.
Salary: £11.75-12.75 per hour excluding any performance-based bonuses
Holiday: 5.6 weeks per annum Holiday including Bank Holidays on a Pro Rata Basis.

Requirements:
* Past experience in a customer service role
* Ability to use spreadsheets
* Great computer literacy
* Social Media Knowledge
* Driven and motivated to progress and contribute to a larger vision
* Handling of phone calls professionally and efficiently
* Strong data entry capabilities
* Organisational and time management skills
* Confident at handling sales and financial data
Desirable:
* Past experience in a healthcare clinic setting
* Previous experience in a sales role
