Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
* Generate leads through multi-channel outreach and industry events.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensure smooth client handoff to account management.
* Build lasting client relationships and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in energy sales with a proven track record.
* Strong knowledge of energy contracts, tariffs and markets.
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
