People Operations Manager Location: West London - Hybrid Temporary: Immediate start Duration: 3-4 months Hourly rate: £30 p/h Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager who can join the HR team on a temporary basis to support with the day-to-day people operations function. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Employee lifecycle processes Provide employment law and HR advice to senior leadership team Support with Employee Relations cases Support with HR strategy projects Manage recruitment, contracts, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and rewards Requirements: HR Management experience Previous experience at manager level with an excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Knowledge of Employee Relations, contracts and policies Strong communication and organisational skills This is a temporary role and will interview and start asap so do apply today
