What You'll Be Doing: As a TMD Admin, you'll play a pivotal role in the processing and management of Designs and Trademarks. Your responsibilities will include: Post Management: Sorting incoming mail into relevant trays for Designs and Trademarks. Document Scanning and Accuracy: Scanning documents using Kofax and ensuring accuracy of application numbers and dates. Data Capture: Capturing Trademarks and Design paper applications with meticulous attention to detail. Customer Support: Responding to internal and external customer queries via letter, email, and phone. Preliminary Examination: Conducting preliminary checks on forms, ensuring quality criteria are met, and clearly communicating any objections. Desk Notes Maintenance: Keeping desk notes for processing documents up to date. System Management: Uploading emails and attachments to TM10 and Design systems (DEPS), including embedded images. Continuous Improvement: Actively supporting the IPO's commitment to continuous improvement using LEAN methodology. Hybrid Working Engagement: Contributing to the IPO's hybrid working model by attending site as required and collaborating with your team via Teams calls and meetings. Supporting Transformation: Engaging with the IPO's Transformation programme by attending relevant meetings, activities, and feeding back to your team. Why Join Us?
