People Development Manager - Retail - North
Role Overview
As a People Development Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for development throughout our organisation. As the face of our development offering, you'll play a role in the whole learning cycle, from scoping a learning need to researching and developing a learning solution, and crucially, the delivery of innovative and high quality development initiatives. These initiatives will vary from face to face delivery, to content curation, coaching and much more.
Responsibilities
1. Scope, design and deliver performance focused Learning & Development activity to audiences across the group, in both virtual and face-to-face facilitated sessions.
2. Work with line managers to improve team KPI delivery, identify trends, and work in partnership to improve areas of concern through effective individual and team development activities.
3. Conduct follow-up activity to ensure impact after development interventions; and to inform further learning needs and continuously improve our People Development Offering.
4. Individual and group coaching activities which focus on both personal and professional development to colleagues both on and off development programs.
5. Role-model a growth mindset throughout the business by staying up to date with, and applying, current theory within Learning & Development and adult learning.
6. Advocate for and build a learning culture within the group by sharing their learning and facilitating social learning.
7. Curate high quality content to share across the group to encourage and enable social and self-directed learning.
8. Uphold ILM Assured quality standards in the delivering of programmes that align.

8. Excellent computer literacy skills, including MS Office.
9. An avid learner, with ambition to progress personal and professional development and role-model a learning culture.
Training Requirements For The Role
1. The ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 3 in Learning & Development by CIPD or hold other equivalent qualifications.
