Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those from vulnerable backgrounds or those exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mentoring Support: Provide one-to-one and group mentoring for students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome personal barriers to learning and development.
2. Behaviour Management: Implement and support positive behaviour strategies across the school.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and pastoral team to ensure tailored interventions and support for students.
4. Relationship Building: Develop trusting relationships with students to encourage positive attitudes and engagement in school.
