Our client, a forward thinking business in the Southwest experiencing significant growth, is actively seeking a Finance Assistant to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Finance Assistant, you will assume a pivotal role in supporting the seamless and efficient operation of the business's financial function.
The responsibilities:
* Processing of all incoming invoices, ensuring that they are accurately recorded and handled in a timely manner to maintain efficient financial operations.
* Providing assistance with all financial control activities, which encompasses the meticulous maintenance of accounts and reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and oversight.
* Assist in the preparation of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely submission.
* Support the maintenance of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) filings with Companies House, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
* Maintaining internal records of financial transactions and ensuring that all payments are executed promptly.
* Adhering to internal procedures for authorization to uphold organizational integrity.
