Sellick Partnership is excited to be recruiting for a local authority in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis. We are seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to step into a Principal role.
About the Principal Childcare Lawyer opportunity:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to step up into a Principal role and will provide you with the opportunity to take the lead on complex care matters, alongside the training and development of a busy and growing Childcare team.
The duties of the successful Principal Childcare Lawyer role will include:
* Directly line a small number of lawyers
* Handling a caseload of childcare matters, including pre-proceedings and care cases
* Advocacy in court
* Assisting the team with complex care cases.
* Dealing with 1:1s
* Leading on improvement of the team with policies and procedures,

Experience required for the Principal Childcare Lawyer role:
For this role you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister. We are keen to hear from candidates that have a good understanding of childcare law but previous management experience isn't essential.
